ODN Oregon exists to advance the careers and practice of its members and the OD profession. Our members come from a wide variety of industries and organizations. We serve current and aspiring practitioners, consultants and educators, who are internal and /or external, in Organization Development (OD) and related fields. The Association for Talent Development (ATD)-Cascadia is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees. We create interactive and engaging opportunities for our members to connect, learn and develop. We take pride in providing cutting edge programs and services to support those in our field, whether they are new or seasoned professionals. PHRMA is the premier Human Resources association in Portland and exists to further the professional development of its members and the HR profession as strategic business partners. As an affiliate of SHRM, PHRMA is one of the largest chapters in the country with over 1,100 members and considered a Super-Mega chapter of SHRM. PHRMA provides professionals with access to resources, a network of peers, and education to be confident and strategic partners within their organizations.

Coaches of Color and Culture (CCC) is a consortium of BIPOC coaches that provide services ranging across many consulting and coaching niches. The CCC community acknowledges coaching as a social process and an enabler for social change. It serves the BIPOC community and allies through coaching, consulting, and training.
