Chair of Email Communications
This role is responsible for creating the monthly newsletter and twice-weekly emails to members for all ICF Oregon events.
Chair of Strategic Outreach
The Director partners with affiliate organizations to exchange knowledge and promotes their chapter’s programs. They also serve as a thought partner on the Equity, Outreach, and Belonging Team.
Director, Pro Bono Program – January 2024
The Director is responsible for managing all aspects of the program, from strategy and program design to marketing, partnerships, coaching, and administration. They work closely with the Chairs of Coaches and Clients.

NOTE: To be eligible, one must have prior experience on the Board.
Mobilizing ICF Oregon members to donate coaching services to under-served nonprofit leaders, promoting coaching as a vital leadership tool, and building a strong coaching community in Oregon.
Treasurer
The Treasurer provides financial results, budget, and forecast. Ensure financial oversight and controls are in place for the chapter and board members. Maintains federal, state and local compliance.

Director, Education
The role oversees educational programs focused on ICF Global’s Core Competencies and ethics to enhance members’ skills and knowledge.
Chair of Membership Enrollment
Working with the VP of Member Engagement, this role disseminates ICF membership information, fosters member engagement, supports new member introductions, resolves issues, and aids in conducting and analyzing the annual ICF Member Survey.
Chair of Social Media Marketing
This role involves crafting social media content for ICF Oregon events, fostering community engagement, and driving event attendance through our online presence.
Chair of Technology
Manages all technology required by the chapter, including website (WordPress), membership management (JoinIt), Eventbrite, Zoom and email (Mailchimp).
Ambassador – One Position
As an ambassador, the primary responsibility is to welcome and integrate new members into the chapter community by providing one-on-one support, addressing their questions, and facilitating networking opportunities.
