Our Equity, Outreach, and Belonging Team exists to bridge the communication gaps and social interaction with all communities while improving relationships and creating accessibility. Our purpose is to provide professional coaching and education that assists all coaches, community organizations, and corporations in creating and sustaining equitable communities. We understand that racial disparity, power, privilege, and culture is a constant journey for all of us, and we are humbly and diligently working towards building a vibrant network. The Equity team assesses needs in order to implement policies, practices, and programs that eliminate barriers and accessibility for traditionally underrepresented groups (i.e., race, ethnicity, gender, class, ability, religion, sexuality).
