Our ICF chapter partners with other professional organizations to share educational and development opportunities. As professional coaches, we may also serve as trainers, facilitators, and consultants to our clients, so it’s important that we keep growing and polishing these skills as well.
We’re thrilled to announce that we have formally partnered with ODN Oregon, which exists to advance the organizational development (OD) profession. It serves current and aspiring OD practitioners, consultants, and educators.
What does this mean for you? If you are interested in learning more about organizational development, you can interact with ODN Oregon in a few ways:
- Our chapter will share upcoming educational opportunities and workshops that ODN Oregon offers in our email newsletters, so make sure you’re on our mailing list!
- You’ll pay a discounted registration fee to attend ODN Oregon events since we are now affiliate organizations. You can access the ODN Oregon upcoming schedule of events here. Make sure that you select the “Partner Orgs.” option on Eventbrite when you register in order to lock in the discount.
If you have questions about how our chapter is partnering with ODN Oregon or other professional organizations, please reach out to our Director of Affiliate Organizations at outreach@icforegon.org. We are actively seeking partnerships with the local Coaches of Color and Culture, SHRM, and ATD chapters.
Established in 1968 by founders in the field of organization development, the OD Network consists of leading scholars and practitioners who guide the practice of OD in an increasingly complex world.
As an organization, we serve Organization Development Professional change agents by creating a global community for meaningful connections, exchanging best practices, opportunities to interact with thought leaders and access to leading edge practices, tools and technologies. As a result, our members elevate the importance of OD practices by creating sustainable impact in today’s organizations, communities and beyond!
