Join us for a refreshing Walk & Talk on the Hardesty & Ridgeloop trails in Forest Park. Connect with fellow coaches while tackling a 60-minute, somewhat strenuous morning hike. Breathe in the fresh air, spark great conversations, and start your day feeling energized and inspired!

The walk will last up to an hour, beginning at 7:30 am.
