Every coach and client have struggled with giving feedback – knowing what to say, when to say it and feeling confident about why you are even saying it! However, creating deep and meaningful connections, building trusting relationships, promoting growth in clients, children, and ourselves, and resolving conflict all rely on our ability to deliver information to others in an effective and timely way.
Participants learn and practice an intuitive and structured feedback process that prepares the deliverer and receiver for awareness, accountability, acknowledgement, and agreements. This feedback workshop is designed to improve feedback delivery, reception, and quality. Those trained in this model indicate they feel prepared, calm, and confident going into coaching conversations with their employees, peers, and supervisors (their spouses and friends too!) and had outcomes better than they had imagined.
As individuals build capacity for clear, concise, and honest conversations, trust increases, performance improves, and engagement grows.
