Coaching presence is shaped by more than skill—it’s influenced by identity, lived experience, assumptions, and bias. In this session, we’ll explore how awareness (or lack of it) affects what we notice, how we respond, and what becomes possible in coaching conversations.

This is an invitation to deepen self-awareness so equity can live not just in our values, but in our moment-to-moment presence. You’ll walk away with increased self-awareness and greater choice about how you show up as a grounded, equity-aware coach.
