ICF Oregon Connect Conference 2026
The ICF Oregon community invites coaches, thought leaders, and innovators to submit proposals for the ICF Oregon Connect Conference 2026. This year’s theme, Creative Growth, explores how creativity unlocks new possibilities for coaches, clients, and the coaching profession across Oregon.
We are looking for engaging speakers and facilitators who can inspire and equip coaches with fresh perspectives, practical tools, and meaningful experiences. Creativity can take many forms, and we welcome proposals that demonstrate how creative approaches can spark growth in three key areas:
Creative Growth for Coaches
How can coaches continue evolving their mindset, presence, and professional development? Share ideas that inspire self-reflection, resilience, and personal growth.
Creative Growth in Coaching Practice
What innovative tools, techniques, or methods can coaches use to help clients expand their thinking and create new possibilities? We welcome experiential sessions that bring creativity into the coaching conversation.
Creative Growth for Coaching Businesses and Impact
How can coaches build thriving practices while amplifying the voice and visibility of coaching in Oregon? Share strategies for business development, community building, and elevating the profession.
We encourage proposals that are interactive, practical, and thought-provoking – sessions that invite participants to experience creativity, not just hear about it.
Whether you are an experienced presenter or bringing a fresh perspective to the community, we welcome your voice and your ideas. Together, we can explore how creativity fuels growth and how our collective work can strengthen and expand the impact of coaching across Oregon.
