In our first coffee hour after the election, we are creating space for coaches to share what our hearts and minds are saying. No matter what your political leanings, we are hearing from both clients and colleagues that the national political climate has disrupted focus and required a level of background awareness that has strained our well-being. Let’s come together to support one another, voice our concerns and our comforts and share what the landscape feels like to us and our communities post-election. We will not be debating the merits of any specific political choices but focusing on witnessing and sharing the personal and professional experiences of those present.
