In this session, you will actively engage in a brainstorming exercise to recognize the traits, habits, and behaviours associated with resilient individuals. The foundational building blocks for resilience will be explored equipping coaches with a novel framework for conceptualizing resilience that can be applied and shared with clients.

- Be able to engage in meaningful discussions about resilience.
- Identify essential components, optimal practices and daily habits that foster increased physical, mental, and emotional strength.
- Understand what resilience coaching is and it’s objective.
