Conflict Resolution for Executive Coaches – Session 3
Conflict Resolution for Executive Coaches – Session 3
Preparing Clients for Difficult Conversations
Facilitated by Aoife Holden, PCC and Danny Lis
This is the last of the three 90-minute sessions of interactive training for coaches who want to expand their capacity to support clients navigating conflict. This program bridges ICF core coaching competencies with practical frameworks drawn from facilitation and mediation, providing a structured, ICF-aligned approach to one of the most complex and frequently encountered challenges in executive coaching.
Session 3 will be held November 12
Preparing Clients for Difficult Conversations, equips coaches to partner with clients in preparing for high-stakes conversations, clarifying intention, anticipating triggers, considering other perspectives, and defining what success looks like beyond winning.
Facilitates Client Growth, Establishes/Maintains Agreements, and Evokes Awareness
Alignment with the ICF Core Competencies is integrated across all three sessions. Each session addresses selected competencies, and the full set is covered over the course of the series. Participants strengthen their ability to work within the coaching role expanding client awareness and supporting intentional action without crossing into mediating, or directing outcomes.
Each session includes case-based exercises, small group practice, and peer exchange to ensure concepts translate directly to real coaching conversations. The program is appropriate for ICF-credentialed coaches at all levels who work with leaders, teams, or individuals navigating interpersonal or organizational conflict.
1.0 Core Competency + 0.5 Resource Development CCEs per session
