Peer Coaching Collective – Phase 2
Peer Coaching Collective – Phase 2 is now open for ICF Oregon members
Start or continue the journey and deepen your practice.
The first Zoom orientation meeting will be on Tuesday, June 16 at 3:00pm PT
After a meaningful and successful initial pilot, we’re excited to officially open Phase 2 of the Peer Coaching Collective – a new journey designed to support you in both giving and receiving coaching within a like-minded community. June 16 to October 16, 2026
This next phase builds on everything we’ve learned together so far. Your feedback has been an essential part of shaping what comes next, and we will continue to take your preferences and needs into account as we move forward – so the experience feels even more relevant, supportive, and aligned for you.
What you can expect:
- Reciprocal Coaching Partnerships
Be matched in triads with 2 peer coaches and exchange between 5 to 10 one-hour sessions in each direction. - Ongoing Support & Community Connection
Monthly group calls to reflect, ask questions, and learn from each other’s experiences. - Simple Structure & Accountability
Easy session tracking to support your consistency and growth. - A Space to Grow as a Coach
Strengthen your skills, gain new perspectives, and stay in practice in a supportive environment.
As we step into this next phase, our intention is to co-create the experience with you, holding both structure and openness, so that the Peer Coaching Collective can grow in a way that truly serves those within it.
Spots are limited to maximum of 20 ICF Oregon members, and we’re intentionally keeping the group small to preserve depth and quality of connection.
