Boundaries That Build Trust: A Practice Lab for Coaches
Wednesday, May 6 at 1:00 – 2:30pm PT
Facilitated by Joan Flora, Ed.D., PCC

Conflict isn’t the problem. The challenge is maintaining presence during conflict.

Across public and private schools, I’ve supported leaders with engagement, instruction, and alignment. Again and again, the same pattern emerges: when pressure rises, presence drops.

Boundaries are often misunderstood. Rigid boundaries protect you, but distance people. Relational boundaries protect the conversation and build trust without losing yourself.

For coaches, this is the work.
