The ICF Oregon community invites coaches, thought leaders, and innovators to submit proposals for the ICF Oregon Connect Conference 2026. This year’s theme, Creative Growth, explores how creativity unlocks new possibilities for coaches, clients, and the coaching profession across Oregon.
We are looking for engaging speakers and facilitators who can inspire and equip coaches with fresh perspectives, practical tools, and meaningful experiences. Creativity can take many forms, and we welcome proposals that demonstrate how creative approaches can spark growth in three key areas:

How can coaches build thriving practices while amplifying the voice and visibility of coaching in Oregon? Share strategies for business development, community building, and elevating the profession.
We encourage proposals that are interactive, practical, and thought-provoking – sessions that invite participants to experience creativity, not just hear about it.
