Coaching Community Conversations:

Unconscious Bias – Bringing Meaningful Change

Through Awareness and Action.

with Mark Hunter

Our current climate has everyone questioning race and diversity, and a big contributing factor is the unconscious biases we all have. Think about all the other places that biases show up. Gender, Culture, Age, Experience, Body Size, Training and so on.

Join Mark Hunter (MCC) in ICF Oregon’s next Coaching Community Conversations session with the invitation to explore your own biases and create different ways of being and action that will make a true difference in your life.

This session will cover:

  • What is unconscious (or implicit) bias?

  • How does it impact you, your coaching clients and your business?

  • Why should you care about understanding your own unconscious biases?

  • How do I discover my unconscious biases?

  • What do I do when I want to shift my biases?

  • How do I support my clients in changing?

This will be a highly interactive session, so come prepared with your toughest questions, and be ready to workshop with our team!
