DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nOctober 1, 2025 – April 1, 2026\nWe’re excited to launch the Peer Coaching Collective, a six-month pilot program designed to give coaches a supportive space to both practice and receive coaching. This unique opportunity is open to a maximum of 20 ICF Oregon members, certified or not yet certified.\nHow it works:\n\nReciprocal Coaching Matches: Each participant will be paired with another coach and will commit to exchange up to 10 one-hour coaching sessions in each direction.\nOrientation & Ongoing Support: The program begins with a virtual orientation on Zoom. Monthly Q&A sessions (on the same call link) will provide a space to ask questions, share insights, and connect with fellow participants.\nSimple Tracking & Accountability: Coaches will log their sessions and report hours through BaseCamp each month.\nAffordable Commitment: A one-time fee of $35 ensures your spot in the pilot.\nFeedback and Growth: At the end of the program, participants will complete a survey to help us measure success and shape future peer coaching opportunities.\n\nThis is a chance to sharpen your coaching skills, gain valuable client-perspective insights, and build deeper connections within our community—all while investing in your growth as a coach.\n\n\n\n\n
