This 90-minute experiential workshop will introduce you to nine different coaching styles based on the nine Enneagram types.\nYou’ll learn how your style impacts your coaching and ways to leverage the qualities of all nine styles to expand your range and impact as a coach. You’ll also learn how the Enneagram can be used to help clients develop their own self-awareness and self-authority, leading to deeper, more meaningful impact.\nLearning objectives:\n1. Attendees understand the Enneagram as a dynamic system for transformation, both for themselves as coaches and for their clients.\n2. Attendees understand and can apply the ethical use of the Enneagram in their coaching practice.\n3. Attendees learn an Enneagram-informed method for developing their inner observer to become more aware of and intentional with their impact as a coach in client sessions.\n4. Attendees understand how to leverage the Enneagram to evoke awareness and transformation in their clients.\n5. Attendees get a felt sense of the Enneagram at work in their coaching – and their lives – through experiential exercises and small group discussions.\nNew to the Enneagram? No problem! We’ll start you off with foundational information on the Enneagram, then build on that through interactive exercises, breakouts, and large group discussions.
