“Masterful Coaching Revealed: Demos with Two MCC Coaches”
There is a distinct nuance and quality to MCC coaching when it’s done at a master level.
The focus is on the client at a level that invites the client to deeper self-awareness and insight. Time in the session focused on the ‘who’ vs. the ‘what’ marks the distinction between staying on the surface and delving more deeply to find the core question the client wants to explore and answer.
Join Sheri Boone, MCC and Kathleen Spike, MCC for a powerful learning evening. You will experience both of these coaches’ difference in style and energy; even master coaching doesn’t all sound the same! Sheri and Kathleen will each coach a volunteer in front of the room.
A review of all of the ICF Core Competencies and how they are demonstrated at the MCC level will begin the presentation, followed by the coaching demos, debrief, and Q&A.
Don't miss this powerful interactive session, where you will learn to:
- Identify potential areas of growth for yourself as a coach, and learn new skills to support your growth.
- Distinguish between ACC or PCC coaching and MCC coaching as it relates to all of the Core Competencies.
- Experience how masterful coaches weave the Core Competencies into the coaching conversation with skill and grace.
