Now more than ever the world is calling for positive change. As coaches, we help clients create new stories and live into those stories. We can help clients make a shift from “problem solving” based on blaming and fixing to “solution finding” which is based on inspiring and creating. This strength-based approach focuses on possibility thinking and helps our clients move into their highest aliveness. Appreciative Inquiry, a strength-based methodology and philosophy re-ignites a sense of possibility by discovering the positive core in individuals and organizations and uses these discoveries to imagine a different future.
In this workshop you will learn about how Appreciative Inquiry works and the underlying principles but most importantly you will experience it and leave with tools and techniques you can use immediately.
Come join us for a highly engaging, interactive and fun time!
